If you have Soluno’s corporate telephony, you can integrate our services directly into Teams. Soluno provides full integration of the exchange solution to MS Teams. In this way you get everything from ordinary answering groups to other advanced functions such as operator functions and button selection menus and more. Then, you and your colleagues get a perfect telephony service together with Teams who are both totally cloud-based.
The right license in Teams
The integration between Soluno’s corporate telephony and Microsoft Teams requires that you as a company have the right license. An enterprice license is required. The models E5 or another E-plane, such as E1 or E3, with the addition of “phone system” are required. Unfortunately, a regular business license is not compatible.
