A carrier independent integration

Out Teams Telephony integration is completely carrier independent. This means that it is not built towards a particular carrier, but instead it works with whatever carrier you company uses.

Make and receive calls

With Teams Telephony, you can both make and receive calls, directly in the Teams interface. The service is reliable with good sound quality. As the service is fully integrated with our exchange, you can use the PBX functionality, as usual. Other advanced functions, such as button selection menus, are of course also available.

The number you show out, can determine whether the person you are trying to reach will answer or not. Sometimes you want to make calls from your mobile number, sometimes you want to show your landline number and sometimes it is best to show a group number. With Teams Telephony, you can choose which caller ID you want to show. You can also send text messages directly from the Teams interface.

Voicemails and ACD-groups

With Teams Telephony, you can listen to, download and discard your voice messages in the Teams interface. You can also view the response groups you belong to. Here you will see how many are logged in, in each group. You can easily log in and out of the different groups with the push of a button.

Manage your presence directly in Teams

Manage your presence directly in Teams

The presence you choose in Teams controls what presence you will have in the office phone system. If you set yourself as “In a meeting” in Teams, you will also be set as “In a meeting” in your Softphone or mobile app. You can also set the referral you will receive in the exchange when you change the status in Teams. In this way, you ensure that you always have the right presence, in all systems, no matter where you work.
