A problem has emerged for customers using iPhone that incoming calls are not reaching the mobile phone. Telenor is working to resolve this issue.
A temporary fix is to lock the phone to only use the 3G network. This setting can be changed as follows.
- Open Settings
- Go to Mobile Data -> Mobile Data Options -> Voice and data.
- Select 3G
A fix has been made by the hardware distributor and we can now see that affected customers are able to recieve calls again.
