Switch services

2020-03-26 09:10 Resolved Problems in sköndal
Customers who connect to bc.soluno.se experience problems with customers calling their switches and not getting through.
Calls are broken and disconnected in queues and IVR menus etc..
Our engineers are troubleshooting as fast as they can to fix this.

The error has been located and fixed, tests have been performed and we see that everything is working properly.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our customers.

2020-04-02 09:53 Resolved Tele2 problem

We are recieving information from customers with Tele2 as operator that their calls are silent when they make a call.

UPDATE 10:00
Tele2 has problems with an SBC that restarts. The disturbance affects both Tele2 mex and Micloud. This does not affect all calls at this time, depends on whether the calls go over the SBC that has problems or not.

Update 17:15
The Issue has been resolved by Tele2 but sub systems have taken longer to reestablish full functionality.
Customers are reporting succesful calls and the case is now regarded as resolved.
2020-04-02 09:08 Resolved Telia to 3 with Soluno

We have discovered problems where Telia’s users does not reach our customers who use 3 as operator.
For the Telia user, the call is completely silent.

Troubleshooting is ongoing and we have a dialogue with Telia and Tre to solve this

Update 19:00

Tre has applied changes to their systems and calls are now coming through as intended and sound is now back for users with telia.

2020-03-27 09:04 Resolved VPQ - problem

Right now we have problems with MySoluno as well as a couple of our ad-on services. It can be difficult to log in, as well as see all fields.

Troubleshooting in progress.

Issues are now resolved and all services are up and running again.
