Our engineers are troubleshooting as fast as they can to fix this.

The error has been located and fixed, tests have been performed and we see that everything is working properly.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our customers.
We are recieving information from customers with Tele2 as operator that their calls are silent when they make a call.
Tele2 has problems with an SBC that restarts. The disturbance affects both Tele2 mex and Micloud. This does not affect all calls at this time, depends on whether the calls go over the SBC that has problems or not.
We have discovered problems where Telia’s users does not reach our customers who use 3 as operator.
For the Telia user, the call is completely silent.
Troubleshooting is ongoing and we have a dialogue with Telia and Tre to solve this
Tre has applied changes to their systems and calls are now coming through as intended and sound is now back for users with telia.
Right now we have problems with MySoluno as well as a couple of our ad-on services. It can be difficult to log in, as well as see all fields.

Issues are now resolved and all services are up and running again.
