Choose for yourself what to display
The service is very easy to set up according what information you want to see. Through a few simple clicks you can choose whether you want to see one or more response groups. After that, select which information you want to show. You can choose from things like number of calls in queue, average queue time, number of calls received, number of missed calls, etc. Of course you can change the settings at any time.

Full control with alarm levels
