How do I change the PBX opening hours?
To change the opening hours in the response groups / distribution groups you can use the schedule function in the PBX and this requires that you are the schedule administrator and have the needed rights to perform changes in the company PBX (the user is required to be part of a group that has schedule rights under "User groups").
Go to tele.unotelefoni.se and log in with your information. Thereafter go to "User view" and choose "Schedule". Here name, number and group types will be displayed. When you've clicked on a group to administrate a box will appear for you to make changes to the specific group.
- If you want to close the group on a specific day you click add, name the event and enter if it should repeat (it can for example be used for opening hours if you choose per week).
- If it needs to be between date intervals you fill it in and what time it should start and end.
- Choose message if it is to be displayed and what should happen in the group during that period. Then click on save for changes to be put in action.
